Cut from a reclaimed bomber jacket, the Wing Vest is a very short, cropped piece that replaces the parachute with a pair of wings. The wings are stuffed and made from the same upcycled materials, giving them a soft, sculptural volume. They attach at the back with two 3D-printed clips, sculpted and printed by Martin Neption of Fancy Monkeys, and detach completely. The vest works on its own as a minimal cropped layer, or becomes a full statement piece with the wings on. It borrows the logic of a parachute harness and turns it into something playful and winged, where utility becomes imagination.
